Fluorescent Inks

COLOUR THAT DEMANDS ATTENTION

Fluorescent printing takes bold designs to another level. Vibrant in daylight and striking under UV light, our fluorescent inks create an impact that standard colours can't match.

With eight-colour printing capabilities, we can incorporate up to three fluorescent inks into your artwork.

FLUORESCENT SPOT COLOURS

For print-ready fluorescent artwork, create three spot colour swatches in Adobe Illustrator or your preferred design software.

Name the swatches exactly as follows:

FL_Magenta
FL_Orange
FL_Yellow

These names identify the fluorescent inks used during printing. Make sure they're set up as spot colours, not standard RGB or CMYK colours.

PREPARING YOUR ARTWORK

Once you've created your fluorescent spot colour swatches, apply them to the areas of your design you want printed in fluorescent ink.

Make sure each fluorescent element uses the correct named spot colour rather than a standard RGB or CMYK colour.

You can combine fluorescent inks with standard printing colours to create your design, within our eight-colour printing capabilities.

Not confident preparing your artwork? No problem. Upload your design through our quote form and we can help with the setup.

FILE FORMATS & SUBMISSION

For print-ready fluorescent artwork, export your design as an EPS file, ensuring the fluorescent spot colours and their exact names are preserved.

PNG, JPEG and some SVG files may not retain the spot colour information required for production.

How to send your artwork:

PDF, PNG, JPEG or SVG: Upload through our Fluorescent Printing Quote form (maximum 20 MB per file).

Print-ready EPS files: Email directly to hello@sweatshopnoosa.com.au, referencing your quote enquiry.

Not sure whether your artwork is suitable? Send us what you have and we'll review it before printing.
